Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

Welcome to the website of AutoSecurity Innovations Private Limited (“AutoSec Innovation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), available at www.autosecinnovation.com and related pages under our control (the “Site”).

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site so that you understand your rights and obligations. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the public Site only. Consulting engagements, product licences, evaluations, training, R&D collaborations, and other commercial services are governed by separate written agreements with AutoSec Innovation. If you have entered into such an agreement, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about AutoSec Innovation, our automotive cybersecurity services, products, research, training, and related business activities. Content on the Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, warranty, certification, regulatory approval, or professional advice unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

2. Limited licence to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful internal business or personal evaluation of our published information. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Restricted use

Unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing, you may not, directly or indirectly:

  • copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Site or its content except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written consent;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or non-public technical details of the Site beyond what is necessary for ordinary browser use;
  • interfere with Site security, availability, or integrity, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorised access;
  • use the Site to send spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material, or to infringe any third-party rights;
  • remove or obscure proprietary notices, trademarks, or attribution on the Site; or
  • use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Site or circumvents access controls.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without limiting other remedies available to us.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, diagrams, software, and other materials (excluding your enquiry content), is owned by AutoSec Innovation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. No ownership rights transfer to you by accessing the Site.

Product names, service names, and brand marks of AutoSec Innovation may not be used without our prior written permission, except for accurate, non-misleading factual references.

5. Enquiries, feedback, and submissions

If you submit an enquiry, request a consultation or demonstration, or provide feedback through the Site or by email (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant AutoSec Innovation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use those Submissions solely to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and improve our offerings, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that your Submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorised to do so. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be required before exchanging sensitive programme information.

6. Products, services, and third-party materials

Descriptions of services, products, research programmes, maturity status, roadmaps, and case studies on the Site are illustrative. Availability, scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are defined only in a written agreement.

The Site may link to third-party websites or mention standards, platforms, or partners. Those references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AUTOSEC INNOVATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOSEC INNOVATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processed through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar technology use is described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the Site, or restrict access, at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site lies with the competent courts in Bengaluru, India.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoSec Innovation regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
